Breakaway Air provides residential and commercial HVAC services, including, but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person estimate or inspection before work can begin.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Clients may request service appointments through our website, email, or by calling us directly. We strive to honor all requested dates and times, but do not guarantee availability until confirmation is provided.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We offer free estimates for most standard services. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen factors discovered during the service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur a service fee.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee or refusal of future service.

6. Warranty and Liability

Breakaway Air provides limited warranties on select parts and labor, as specified on individual invoices. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature. We are also not responsible for pre-existing system issues unrelated to our service.

7. Use of Website

All content on our website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of content is prohibited. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time.

8. SMS Communication and Consent

Breakaway Air may collect verbal opt-ins from customers who wish to receive text message communications. Customers may choose to opt in to receive SMS notifications, including but not limited to billing notices, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, and job completion surveys.

Opt-ins may be collected either in person at our location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Opt-ins are also collected when a contact form is submitted, and the consent check box is filled in. Upon registration, customers will be asked to provide a valid mobile phone number and will be clearly informed that they may receive text messages related to their service.

Customers will also be advised that:

Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency may vary depending on service activity.
They may text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Their contact information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Participation in SMS communications is entirely voluntary and not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Information submitted through our website or via service requests is used solely for service delivery and internal communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
